The Account Manager will work alongside Chalkline’s Director of Client Success to rapidly grow the business.

Position Overview

The Account Manager is an early-level professional position responsible for a range of client-facing, marketing and research projects. This position works closely with senior members of the Chalkline team. We are a start-up, so if you want to get the equivalent of an MBA in the business of sports betting, this is it.

You will be challenged to deliver Excellence, and will have a team of people behind you doing the same. If you like to run fast and jump high and are passionate about sports betting, please apply. This position reports to the Director of Client Success.

  • You're exceptionally good at website management, email marketing, analytics and Mobile Web 101.
  • You're passionate about regulated gaming, sports betting and casinos, and about the growth potential in the space.
  • You regularly pole vault over aggressive goals and seek more responsibility.
  • You are the ultimate team player and dish as proficiently as you score.
  • You have Google Analytics / AdWords certification or are in the process of getting it.


    Responsibilities

    • Make Chalkline Clients look like rock stars while clearly and regularly communicating progress and asking questions along the way.
    • Support Chalkline clients with a range of content, marketing and sports betting game activities.
    • Create email and mobile marketing campaigns; measure and continuously improve.
    • Coordinate graphics creation to make our games look best-in-class.
    • Build content & communication calendars for clients and incorporate client feedback.
    • Build sports betting games and track results.
    • Analyze web and email traffic, effectiveness, ROI and report to management team.

    Essential Skills & Qualifications

    • Passion for client success and the tools to make it happen.
    • Highly motivated self-starter with strong eye for detail.
    • Minimum two years experience in account management, marketing agency role or growth hacking.
    • Technical qualifiers: Expert level in GSuite and Office, especially Excel.
    • Great to have: image editing, video/graphic editing
