Position Overview

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Business Development team.

You a HubSpot pro, or aspiring to be.

This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential.

    • Drive weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives for setting Chalkline appointments and demos with media and regulated gaming companies.
    • Qualify prospects through research, needs analysis and colaboration with Sales team members.
    • Maintain real-time records and pipeline of new business opportunities in HubSpot, our CRM system.
    • Collaborate with internal and external marketing resources to continuously optimize assets for the business development process.
    • Establish and monitor standards, processes, and communications for business development.

    Essential Skills & Qualifications

    • Highly motivated self-starter with strong eye for detail.
    • Track record of CRM tool expertise and understanding of how databases work.
    • Minimum two years experience in telemarketing, growth hacking.
    • Proven ability to drive results that consistently exceed goals.
    • Expert level in GSuite and Office.
